Keyworking

This consists of weekly appointments for the client.  

The Keyworker supports the 

client in developing their Care Plan and working towards change.  

The goals of 

change are set by the client and focus on substance use and other significant areas 

of their life, using the Community Reinforcement Approach. (CRA).
