Assessment

Assessments will not be taking place on Tuesday the 20th of December or Tuesday the 27th of December 2016,
Assessments will resume as usual on Tuesday 3rd of January 2017.

Assessments take place on Tuesdays afternoons. There is no appointment needed.

Just turn up on one of the above days between 2.00pm and 3.30pm and an assessment will be provided by one of our Project Workers.

There may be a short waiting period depending on demand on the day. During this time clients can avail of the Drop-In service.

Following an individual’s assessment, a client will be invited to return to the Project any Tuesday afternoon between 2.00pm and 3.30pm within a 4 week period, to discuss the their treatment plan.
