Choice Principle
The program is choice-based, meaning:
- You define what “harm reduction” means for you.
- There’s no single right outcome — abstinence, controlled drinking, or safer use are all respected goals.
- You set your own pace and plan for change.
- Facilitators and peers support your decisions without pressure or judgment.
