We are hosting a community Hike & BBQ Day in beautiful Glendalough, Co. Wicklow.
This free event is a chance to get outdoors, enjoy nature, connect with others and spend a positive day together in recovery and community spirit.
The day will include a 10km guided hike, a barbecue, and an optional dip in the lake for anyone who wishes to join.
A bus will depart from DLRCAT Sandyford Office at 9:30am sharp.

All fitness levels are welcome, but please wear suitable footwear and bring weather-appropriate clothing.
